The data you enter

The data you enter for People, Events and their related Enrolments we do not use or take outside of the system. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer the data you enter into the People, Event or Enrolments screens. All of the data you enter stays within the app on your system.

You can extract the data

Currently there are two points within the app where you can extract your entered data.

• On the Edit Event page you can export the enrolment data for that event to Excel. This extract is as at your discretion and control.
• From the app menu you can export all the data you have entered. The use of this is for backup or a full copy to another system. This extract is as your discretion and control.

We collect anonymous information about how you use our website and app.

To improve our website or app (we continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you). Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever.
